Walkie-Talkie style support via the Voxer APP for busy parents of college-bound kids who need and want answers now, not next week.
THINK: Support that moves at the pace of real parenting
This transition has you questioning everything you thought you knew about parenting.
♥ You’re navigating uncharted territory, somewhere between being their safety net and giving your kid space to fall (and get back up on their own).
♥ You’ve searched Reddit, you’re texting your friends, you’ve scoured the college mom sites but you want answers NOW from someone who has been there and is an expert at providing support.
♥ While everyone tells you “they’ll figure it out,” no one is telling YOU how to figure out your new role in their life.
♥ You need support that meets you where you are, in the messy middle of letting go and staying connected.
Julia got her parenting concern answered while waiting in the Coffee Bean drive-thru…
“I love having the security of having Diana there for me when I need her instead of keeping my sad feelings inside. She helped me stay calm after a hard conversation with my son. I sent her a Voxer message right after my son hung up and felt so seen and supported.”
Have a trusted parenting expert in your pocket for those moments when you have to…
- Move through dorm-life drama
- “I hate my roommate” calls
- Academic struggles
- “Can I just drop this class?” texts
- “I want to come home” request on the weekly
- “I am going to my boyfriend’s for the weekend”.
AND even if your kid is thriving at school and YOU are the one wondering…
- How do I respond?
- Is it ok to reach out?
- The hurt of missing them is so intense
- How do I tolerate the constant worrying?
- My friends say I should enjoy this time, but I feel stuck.
- What am I suppose to do with my time now?
With Pocket Parent Coach, you’ll have someone in your corner with an easy tool that’s respectful of your time so we can get to the heart of things and provide more support with one less appointment to go to!

About Me
Hi, I’m Diana
When my own kid headed off to college, I felt the ground shift beneath me.
The unexpected calls. The worry that never quite goes away. The constant mental gymnastics of “Should I say something or stay quiet?”
I remember sitting on my sofa one afternoon, staring at my phone after gut-wrenching conversation with my daughter and I felt so lost and lonely. I was there to catch her because I always want to be her person but in that moment, who was in my pocket to catch me?
It was that day I wanted to be in your corner and created Pocket Parent Coach.
Parenting is always in progress and this transition is hard!
You don’t need all the answers—you need prompt support without having to put on mascara, blur your meeting background, or change out of your workout clothes just to log in to another hour-long Zoom meeting.
You need someone right there with you, ready to listen and help you process, respond, and move forward with confidence when those hard phone calls happen or to anticipate the next time your kid comes home from school.
Pocket Parent Coach is for this season of parenting – the one where your kid is becoming an adult and you’re redefining what it means to be their parent and rediscovering what lights you up in this new chapter.
In 25+ years of working with parents and families, I’ve learned, parents who thrive during big transitions aren’t the ones who have all the answers…they’re the ones who get support.
I’m right here at your fingertips, ready to help you show up as the parent your kid needs even as your role shifts and evolves.
Pocket Parent Coach Benefits:
♥ Get Real-Time Support When You Need It Most
No more waiting days or weeks for your next scheduled session. When your kid calls home in crisis or you face a tough parenting decision, you’ll have expert guidance within hours (sometimes minutes)—not when the moment has passed.
♥ Respond with Confidence Instead of Panic
Stop overthinking every text, email, or phone call with your college kid. You’ll know what to say, when to step in, and when to step back so you can support your kid without smothering them.
♥ Let Go of the Guilt and Embrace This New Chapter
Release the weight of “Am I doing this right?” You’ll gain clarity on your evolving role as a parent and learn to trust both yourself and your young adult as they spread their wings.
♥ Fit Coaching Into Your Life – No Calendar Gymnastics Required
No need to block off time, rush home for a Zoom call, or reschedule when life gets hectic. Get support from the Starbucks drive-thru, your morning walk, the Costco gas station, wherever and whenever works for you.
♥ Build a Stronger, Healthier Relationship with Your Kid
Navigate the shift from manager to mentor with grace. You’ll learn communication strategies that keep you connected without being invasive, fostering independence while maintaining closeness.
♥ Process Your Own Emotions with Expert Support
This transition is hard on you, too. Work through the grief, pride, worry, and excitement with someone who gets it and won’t judge you.
♥ Make Decisions Aligned with Your Family’s Values
Whether it’s setting boundaries around finances, navigating mental health concerns, or handling academic struggles, you’ll have personalized guidance tailored to YOUR family, not one-size-fits-all advice
Imagine having a trusted expert in your corner every day – someone who understands the unique challenges of parenting young adults and can help you show up as the parent you want to be during this parenting era.
That’s exactly what Pocket Parent Coach delivers.

You’re a good parent. You wouldn’t be here if you weren’t. But you’re done feeling stuck between holding on and letting go, second-guessing every conversation, and navigating this alone keeps you from being the calm, confident presence your young adult needs right now.
❌ You’re done with sorting through generic advice on parenting forums and Facebook groups.
❌ Cookie-cutter tips won’t help you when your kid calls in crisis at 8am on a Tuesday like mine did!
❌ You don’t want to commit to a weekly call with a coach
✅ This is why, Pocket Parent Coach is perfect for you!
AND, the good news is, you’re not going to need me forever – but your children do!
